Association of University Centers on Disabilities Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) -  The membership organization that supports and promotes a national network of university-based interdisciplinary programs supporting people with developmental and other disabilities.

Self Advocates Becoming Empowered Self Advocates Becoming Empowered (SABE) - The United State’s national self-advocacy organization.

National Disability Rights Network National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) - The nonprofit membership organization for the federally mandated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) Systems and the Client Assistance Programs (CAP) for individuals with disabilities.

National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) - Organization representing the nation’s agencies in 50 states and the District of Columbia providing services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. 

National Center for Cultural CompetenceNational Center for Cultural Competence (NCCC) - Housed at Georgetown University the Center provides national leadership and contributes to the body of knowledge on cultural and linguistic competency within systems and organizations. 

National Conference of State LegislaturesNational Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) - Organization that represents the legislatures in the states, territories and commonwealths of the U.S. to foster interstate cooperation and facilitate the exchange of information among legislatures.

National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) -  The national association for the 56 Councils on Developmental Disabilities across the United States and its territories. 

TASHTASH - An International organization advocating for human rights and inclusion for people with significant disabilities and support needs. 

The Arc The Arc -  The largest national community-based organization advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and serving them and their families.

State of the States in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Project – Longitudinal data project collecting and analyzing trends in services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the U.S. and Territories.

RISPThe National Residential Informational System Project (RISP) – Housed at the University of Minnesota the RISP Project collects national statistics on residential services for people with developmental disabilities.

StateData.infoAccess to Integrated Employment: National Data Collection on Day and Employment Services for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities – Longitudinal study describing the day and employment services nationwide for individuals with developmental disabilities housed at UMass Boston.
